Since 2002, DK Sober Living has provided the San Diego recovery community with executive transitional Living accommodations for professional men and women in early recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction. The stressors of daily life are faced without the use of drugs and alcohol, with the support and encouragement of experienced on-site managers and fellow residents.

DK Sober Living residents are introduced to the variety of recovery services and activities available to them in San Diego. We share the belief with others in the recovery community that the self-help learning process that occurs in 12-step groups (such as AA and NA) and some approved alternative self-empowerment programs are extremely effective tools in achieving a successful and long-term recovery. Attending self-help 12 step groups is strongly encouraged and transportation is provided when needed. DK Sober Living has been an integral component in continuum of care discharge treatment plans from residential treatment centers throughout the United States. We are minutes from downtown San Diego and a short drive in either direction takes you to the multitude of attractions that America's Finest City has to offer. Our affordable and competitive rates begin at $550 per month at DK Sober Living for Men in Santee. The men provide their own food and transportation. The bus and trolley is within walking distance. The monthly rate at DK Sober Living Too for Men and Women in Mt. Helix starts at $1,000. Meals and transportation to meetings, appointments and to the bus and trolley is included. Private and semi-private rooms are available. DK Sober Living is a membver of the California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources (CAARR) and the San Diego County Sober Living Coalition.
